Does access have to be good for you to build the garden room?
Access has to be good enough to get the materials on site safely and undamaged. We access this in our first visit and do everything we can to look for a solution that fits all our needs.
We have very high winds where we live and we had a garden room put up by a garden room company which was distroyed in a few years, they are no longer around. Does your garden rooms stand up to the elements?
Our garden rooms are build not off the shelf but for the clients specific needs and this includes the environment. We build garden rooms which means the frame and structural joints and fixings are of the highest standards. We estimate our smallest garden rooms weigh up to 2 tons in weight and are securely anchored to its subbase. The winds in the UK are becoming extreme and we monitor this and make changes to the design when needed.

Western Red Cedar is one of the most naturally durable cladding materials we use. In the right conditions, without treatment and in general exposure, Western Red Cedar can have a lifespan that exceeds 50 years.
Do you use 100mm foil pir insulation in your builds?
Yes, it will depend on the specification and the standard you choose.
